Phantasma by: Kaylie Smith

Google describes this book as a "dark romance fantasy" and I do not disagree with that description. I would not recommend this book to everyone.

That being said, I really enjoyed it! We start the book with Ophelia Grimm taking over her family business...because she feels she has to. A few days after this, her sister, Genevieve, has not come home, causing Ophelia to worry. A search of Genevieve's room leads Ophelia to the one place she should not go...Phantasma. It's here she will encounter demons, devils, and her deepest fears. It's also here where she will grow and find herself.

I give it 4.5 stars. The only thing that prevents me from giving it 5 stars would be the amount of romance scenes. I get it's a Romantasy, so I expected some graphic romance scenes, but I felt that the amount took away from the book. Other than that, I had no complaints. My book club picked this book to give us a break from thrillers, and I think we picked a good one!
