Saving Noah by Lucinda Berry (audiobook): How far would you go to protect your child? 5 stars, but not a book I would recommend to everyone. This book approaches a difficult subject. It forces you to think and even reevaluate your opinions and beliefs. Very well written. Pulled at my heart strings. I love that this author approaches difficult subjects.

Where My Words Learned to Breathe by Etta Wyllene Yaughn (physical): I have said before that I cannot rate my own books. Every time I read them, I find so many things I would change.

The Orphanage by the Lake by Daniel G. Miller (audiobook): 3 stars. This one has been on my TBR for a while. There was a shocking twist, but it was odd...it was not set up well and didn't make sense. Overall the book was slow and there was not a lot going on. The constant mention of Hazel's nationality slowed down the momentum even more and was unnecessary.

Mad Mabel by Sally Hepworth (audiobook): Book club read. 3.5 stars, but if I had read the book, I probably would have given it 4 stars (not a fan of the narrator). This book is categorized as a thriller, but I would call it general fiction. It felt a little slow getting to the point, but the ending was great. I do want to add a physical copy to my shelves and reread it.
