No matter who you are, you know who The Fonz is. I have only seen one episode of Happy Days, but I knew who he was long before that. He is confident and sure of himself. Would you expect the actor to be the same?
I enjoyed this book. It felt like I was having a conversation with Henry Winkler. But more than that. He was honest. He shares his struggles, fears, and insecurities. From a difficult childhood to fame as Fonzie, to a father, then a grandfather, and everything in between, we learn it all. He is a born storyteller. You can feel his happiness, his anxiety, and, at the end, his "serenity".
If you are a fan of his, I recommend this book. I have always enjoyed watching him, but having this deeper insight, I can only imagine how much I will enjoy his works now. 5 stars.
