Autopsy of a Fairytale by: Nicole Scarano-4 stars. The overall story was great. The sketches of the crime scenes were a nice added touch. The book was not what I expected, but I was not disappointed. It successfully used aspects from Beauty and the Beast to create a thrilling read. The only thing that prevented me from giving it 5 stars was the sudden use of magic and witches. It was just thrown in out of nowhere. This is the first in a series that I plan to continue.

This Story Might Save Your Life by: Tiffany Crum-4.5 stars. This was the pick for book club and I loved it. I listened to it and the chapters that were supposed to be podcast episodes, if I didn't know any better, I would have thought that is what I was listening to. It was slow to start, and I was worried I wouldn't finish it, but I ended up loving it. There was a great twist at the end. I have already added a physical copy to my Amazon list.

The Stepson by: D.L. Fisher-2 stars. It sounded like it would be a great book but wound up being not at all what I expected (and not in a good way). No good twists. No likeable characters. It was just boring. It would have been a DNF if I hadn't used my audible credit.
