Mr. Rochester by: Sarah Shoemaker

Everyone loves a good period story. Mr. Rochester did not disappoint. Sarah Shoemaker made it seem like this book was written alongside Charlotte Bronte's Jane Eyre. As if I needed reason to love Edward Rochester even more, this book takes you back to his childhood, his education, his marriage to Bertha, and then on into his life with Jane. Just like with the ending of Jane Eyre, I was wanting more when I finished this book. A fantastic book that made me fall in love with reading again.
